What if Build it costs more than $10K?

$10K is the floor for a complete v1. Bigger scope costs more — but you'll have a fixed, agreed number before any work starts. No hourly billing, no overruns landing on your invoice.

What does Build it not include?

The first build is your core v1 — the product, ready for customers. Extra feature sets, integrations, and scale work come later, either as a bigger Build scope or under Grow it. I'll be clear about the line before we start.

Does Prove it credit toward Build it?

Prove it is a standalone $995 — there's no obligation to build afterwards. Most people choose to, but you're free to walk away with the prototype and research and take it anywhere.

How does the referral donation work?

Refer someone who goes on to build with me, and I donate 20% of their first invoice to a charity you choose — and send you the receipt. It's triggered when they complete their first build, not at the Prove it stage.

Can I pause or cancel Grow it?

Yes, anytime. It's month-to-month — no minimum term, no lock-in.

Why fixed price and not hourly?

Because you shouldn't carry the risk of how long it takes me. Fixed price means the estimate is my problem, not yours — and there's no incentive for the work to drag.

Do I really own everything?

Yes. With Build it, the code, the product, and the IP are yours outright. No licensing fees, no platform lock-in, no paying to use your own product.
