HelloCrossman Live · Free webinar
Real everyday jobs,
done in a fraction of the time.
- Free 45-minute webinar, live online
- For owners of 10 to 50 person businesses
- Proposals, reports and the emails you put off
Thursday 29 October, 12:30 UK
Sound familiar?
- Hours on proposals nobody has said yes to yet.
- The last days of every month, lost to the client report.
- Clients arriving with something ChatGPT told them, for you to unpick.
- The same letter, CV or policy, rewritten from scratch again.
- Chasing the same people for the same things.
And the one time you tried AI, it was confidently wrong. That's why every job we do live includes the checking, not just the writing.
Not ready for 45 minutes?
Start with the 12-job audit
Twenty minutes, one cup of tea. Rate the 12 jobs your team does every week red, amber or green, and you'll know which to hand over first. It includes what never to type in, and a brief you can copy for any job.
Where should I send it?

What we'll do live
Four real jobs, start to finish, checking included. No slides about the future of AI.
A proposal from rough notes
Your notes, two proposals you've won before and your format go in. Out comes one that couldn't have gone to anyone else, plus the five-slide version for the meeting.
The monthly report from a messy spreadsheet
A plain-English summary and charts, with every number traced back to its row, so you can check it before it goes out.
Meeting notes to actions
A call transcript becomes a list of actions and owners, with the follow-up emails already drafted.
The email you keep putting off
The late payer, the complaint, the client who's pasted in ChatGPT. A calm first draft in your tone, in about a minute.
Then one of those jobs, turned into a simple tool your team could use every week. It's the step most training stops short of.
Coming up in future sessions
- Tenders and questionnaires
- Job adverts
- A month of social posts
- Process guides for new starters

The build day
Bring your biggest time-sink. Your team learns in the morning, and by the end of the day we've built the tool for it together. Not a training day that ends with a prompt list: you keep something that works.
- Before
A 30-minute call
We pick the one job worth building for, you send a few sample files, and your Claude Team account gets set up so your data stays in your own workspace.
- Morning
Your team learns on your work
Not slides about AI. Your proposals, your reports and your emails, done live with the people who do them every week.
- Afternoon
We build the tool together
One working tool for your own problem, built in the room with your team, tested on real files before I leave.
You leave with
- A working tool your team uses from the next morning
- A team that knows how to brief it and check it
- A costed brief for the full version, if it earns one

When it outgrows the day
Some tools earn their keep and want to grow: a client portal, your own job system, or one tool that replaces three subscriptions. That's what the HelloCrossman studio builds. Production software your business owns, built in weeks, from the costed brief we write on the build day.
Who it's for
- You run, or help run, a business of roughly 10 to 50 people.
- Your team spends a lot of the week on proposals, reports, emails and admin.
- You've tried ChatGPT or similar once or twice, and filed it under “not for us”.
- You don't need to be technical. If you can write an email, you can do this.
Fair questions
Is it really free?
Yes. The webinar and the library are free, with no card and nothing to buy. At the end I'll mention the build day in a sentence. That's it.
What about client data?
We cover what's sensible to put in, the settings that matter and the business plans that keep your data out of training. The 12-job audit has a page on it too. It's one of the first questions every owner asks, and it deserves a proper answer.
What if it gets things wrong?
It can be confidently wrong, which is why every job we do live includes the checking: where each number came from, and what it assumed. It drafts, a person signs off.
Won't it all sound like a robot?
Only if you brief it badly. We show how to give it your voice, your examples and the big picture, so the output sounds like your business.
I don't have time to learn another tool.
It's 45 minutes, and you'll leave with things you can use that afternoon. The aim is to give you hours back, not take more.
Which tool do you use?
Mostly Claude, because it's the best at this kind of work right now. The ideas carry over to ChatGPT or Copilot if that's what your business uses.
What if I can't make it live?
Register anyway. Everyone who registers gets the recording the next day, and it goes into the library.
What happens on a build day?
A short call first to pick the job. Then a full day at your office: your team learns on their own work in the morning, and we build one working tool for your problem in the afternoon. £2,500 plus VAT.
Who's running it
I'm Tom Wild. I was VP of Product and VP of Design at Habito, was at Bulb from day one leading UX, and I've shipped more than 100 products since. These days I run HelloCrossman, a small product studio, and I use these tools every day to do the work of a much bigger team. The sessions are me showing you how, on real jobs.
