Built for speed.
Without the shortcuts.
Hello Crossman is where service businesses turn what they do into software they own. I design, build, and ship production-grade products — in weeks, not quarters.
I started it in 2018, and I run it from the coast in Folkestone. It sits in the middle ground between bloated agency process and shallow AI hacks. Real products. Real craft. Real speed.

"I stand against both ends of a broken system. The old way — six-month timelines, strategy decks, process theatre. And the new bullshit — vibe coding, 'built in 3 hours' flexes, prompt courses that skip everything that matters.
One's too slow. One's too shallow. I'm the middle path."
No job titles I clung to. No process for its own sake. Just products that shipped.
Neverbland

Tom Wild
18 years building products. I started at Dazed making sites for Nike. Led UX at rehabstudio for Google and Red Bull — including Blank, a Disney × Google Valentine's experience that ran on Google's homepage. At Neverbland I helped build Bulb to 3M customers and Jukedeck to a Cannes Lion. I ran product design at Habito as VP, through £3B in mortgages. Now I build production-grade software for service businesses — faster than an agency can schedule a kickoff, and without the offshore hand-offs or the vibe-coded shortcuts.
I don't just build for clients — I build for myself. The proof I can find a product in a service business is that I keep doing it in mine.
When I tell you there's a product hiding in your service, it's because I keep finding them in mine.
