Day 13–14: Daily review and iteration. By now, the core product is functional. You're testing it against real scenarios from your service business. "What happens when a client uploads the wrong document?" "What if two contractors apply for the same role?" These edge cases are where product judgment — not code — determines quality.

By end of week 2: The core product works. You can demonstrate it to someone and they'd understand what it does.

What "Production-Ready" Actually Means

This is important because many builders use "MVP" to mean "barely functional prototype that you'll need to rebuild properly later." That's not what a 30-day build produces.

Production-ready means authentication and authorisation work correctly and securely, payments process reliably with proper error handling, emails send on time and look professional, the admin panel gives you full control, deployment is automated and repeatable, monitoring alerts you to problems before users notice, the codebase is clean enough for any developer to work on later, and performance is optimised for real-world usage.

It does not mean every possible feature exists. Version 1 deliberately excludes features that can wait for version 2. But what's included works properly, at production quality, with proper error handling and security.

Why This Timeline Works

The question isn't really "how can you build in 30 days?" It's "why does everyone else take 6 months?"
